Question 1

Does the 7-Day Free Trial include the full Pro AI Autopilot?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 100%! Every new business account gets full access to our PRO Autopilot tier for 7 days without needing a credit card. You get unlimited hands-free review auto-replies, multi-language AI support (English, Hindi, Punjabi, Spanish, French, etc.), up to 3 business branches, competitor tracking, and printable QR standees.

Question 2

What happens when my 7-day free trial ends?

Accepted Answer

At the end of your 7 days, you can choose to continue on the Pro Autopilot plan (₹9,999/mo) to keep everything on 100% autopilot, or choose the Basic Starter plan (₹4,999/mo) for single-branch manual approvals. There are zero automatic deductions or hidden charges.

Question 3

How does the multi-branch system work? What if I have more than 3 branches?

Accepted Answer

With Pro Autopilot, you can manage up to 3 physical branches or business locations under one central login. When you connect your Google Business account, ClarityBird automatically imports all your verified locations. If your business has 4 or more branches, you can add extra branches for just ₹2,499/month per location.

Question 4

How does the AI handle 1-star or negative reviews? Is it safe for my brand?

Accepted Answer

Brand safety is our highest priority. Our Sentiment Guardrail automatically detects any 1-star or 2-star negative review and pauses auto-posting. The AI crafts a polite, empathetic de-escalation response that addresses the issue professionally, but keeps it pending for your review and 1-click approval so you always maintain complete control.

Question 5

Does ClarityBird support local Indian and international languages?

Accepted Answer

Yes! ClarityBird automatically detects the language of every customer review and replies in the exact same language with native cultural fluency. It fully supports English, Hindi (हिंदी), Punjabi (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ), Spanish (Español), French (Français), German (Deutsch), Arabic (العربية), and 35+ other global languages.

Question 6

How do the Tabletop QR Standees help generate more reviews?

Accepted Answer

ClarityBird generates custom high-resolution tabletop standees with direct Google Maps deep-links. When you print and display them at your reception desk, cash register, or counter, customers can simply tap or scan with their phone camera to open your Google review box in 2 seconds.
